Here at Forte Communications we are devoted to one simple mission: empowering the real estate agent to create more transactions through excellence in marketing strategies. This means we won't reveal or rent your email address to third parties nor send you emails you haven't asked for from us either. We will, however, only send you information (such as “The Ultimate Real Estate Success Secret” ecourse) that is meant to help you work with more clients, list more homes and make more money.
We have zero tolerance for spam. It's toxic. It corrupts the sender, invades the privacy of the recipient and clogs the Internet with waste. Therefore we only collect and hold your email address in order to send you the materials you have requested. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason (or no reason at all). And I promise you, you will never hear from us again.
Forte Communications does not buy, rent or sell email lists (ever), nor will we "share" your name with partners. However, unless you ask us not to, we will send you emails in the future to share with you new products, services or changes to this policy.
And by the way, there are only 2 reason we should have anyone's email address: one, they subscribed to our materials, or two, someone else subscribed them. While we do recommend subscribers sharing issues with friends, we do not encourage anyone to subscribe someone without their permission. If you feel you've been a victim of this circumstance, we apologize profusely.
We hate sites and ezines that make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe from. That's why we've made it so easy a 5 year old could do it. Just look for the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any one of our emails.
And if you ever have any problems with your subscription, feel free to contact with us either by email at info@ServiceForLife.com or by phone at 800-622-2540
Because we want to eat dinner like everyone else, we do sell a product and service we hope you'll invest in someday. When that happens, understand you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and sensitive financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). Our promise to you is that this information is used only for billing purposes and to fill your orders.
And we take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data) over the web, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this yourself simply by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. All good stuff to know.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to your information. And the computers and servers in which we store your info are kept in a secure environment accessible only to those in our organization who work directly with them, like our IT professionals.
We do not sell the leads our system generates for clients to third parties. We consider consumer's privacy just as sacred as our own clients' privacy. Their information is just as secure and is not up for sale.
Finally, let me emphasize that we view your info as a privilege to have. It's sacred. It's something we possess only because we have your permission. That's why we want you to know at any time you can:
See what info we have about you
Change or correct any info we have about you
Have us delete any info we have about you
Express any concern you might have about our use of your info
On occasion we will update this privacy policy. When we do, it's our practice not to inform our subscribers or clients-unless the policy changes affect how we use their personal information. Most of the time our privacy policy changes are nothing more than a simple update to satisfy local or national laws-the sort of things we thought you'd prefer not to be bothered with. All updates can be viewed on this page.
If you feel that we are not living by this privacy policy, you should:
